Notice of Nomination Proceedings

Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act

Public notice is hereby given to the electors of the Rural Municipality of Victoria that a Municipal By-election will be held on Monday, March 2nd, 2026 to elect three Councillors for the Rural Municipality of Victoria, for the term of office concluding in November 2026.

The nomination period for the council position noted above commences Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 and closes at 2:00 p.m. on Nomination Day, Friday, February 13th, 2026.

Nomination form, available here, will only be received during office hours at the Election Office located at 730 Victoria Road, Victoria PE.

The Election Office hours are:

Monday to Thursday, 9h30-12h00 and 13h00-15h30.
