● use the premises and its content with all care so that the exterior and the interior of the building is in as good
as condition as before the event;
● refrain from smoking in the building, and to provide an acceptable waste receptacle for any guests who may
smoke outside (the municipal garbage bins are not an acceptable method of disposal);
● use the furniture with all care so that it is in as good a condition as before the event;
● use the kitchen with all care so that it is in as good a condition as before the event;
● replace all furniture to its previous location in the building as before the event;
● make sure that no participant to the event will be impaired driving during or after the event;
● reimburse any depreciation of the building or its content due to your event;
● reimburse any surcharge for the cleaning of the premises due to your event, including the outside premises.

Rental and cleaning fees are required to be paid in full within 7 days prior to the event date. Cash or cheque can
be delivered to the municipal office at 730 Victoria Rd. E-transfers can be sent to
victoriamunicipalitypei@gmail.com.
If liquor will be served (sales are prohibited), a provincial liquor permit will be required to be provided prior to the event
(the application will require sign off from the municipal CAO). If there will be more than 50 people in attendance at any
event that will be serving liquor, a certified security service must be employed, and confirmation of this service must be
provided in writing.
Hourly bookings include up to 15 minutes of complimentary setup time before the reservation and 15 minutes of cleanup
time afterward. Half-day bookings include up to 30 minutes before and after the booking for setup and cleanup.
Complimentary setup and cleanup time is subject to availability and must not conflict with other bookings or municipal use
of the facility.
A full refund will be issued if notice of cancellation is provided at least 48 hours prior to the booking. Cancellations made
with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In cases of unpredictable events such as severe
weather or provincial emergencies, a full refund or re-scheduling will be offered regardless of the notice period.
After you submit this form, municipal staff will contact you to arrange payment and schedule a time for key pickup.
